Our organization specialize in Emergency Preparedness, Security, Law Enforcement, Military, Nation Building and Education. DEPSS is a Private Entity trained as VDEM-CERT 201: CERT Train the Trainer Instructors. We are available to teach Disaster Preparedness in any state under the (CERT) program as needed through Emergency Management. Available are DEPSS -Veteran Re entry Program Mentors and Sponsors for the State of Virginia, Volunteer Red Cross and Community Members in Shelter Operations, Entrepreneurs, Students, Educators and Councelors. DEPSS is trained in CPR / AED / First Aide 2016, specialize in Shelter Operations Management, Community Speakers,  Housing Development, Food Service Partnerships, provide jobs, Education, Mental Health assistance, Transportation needs, Security Escorts and Secured Housing in different Jurisdictions for individuals and families. We are involved in (PPP) Private Public Partnerships. Adjoined are Joint Venture Partners, 501(c)3's and Huminitarian Action Groups. DEPSS is a Retailer and Reseller in the food service industry.
